We worked for months to rent a home that was owned by this corporation. We completed multiple applications, background checks and credit checks.

A month later we were finally approved. They wanted us to get 2 Million Dollars in renters insurance for a home that isn't worth 150k! We went through all the motions to do this. We had to up our auto insurance so that we could umbrella everything to meet the requirement.

When we finally completed everything they asked for, signed the lease agreement and send our deposits they decided it wasn't a good investment and didn't want to rent the property anymore!!! After hearing the news we tried calling multiple times and no one responded. We just got a machine. Must be nice to sit behind a desk and hide behind a corporation that treats people like complete garbage.

HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?! We packed up our entire house! Our move in date was two days before you decided not to rent. I hope no one ever buys that house.

YOU ARE AWFUL EVIL PEOPLE!!!! SLUM LORDS!
